65 Seals and Sigils

The public system separates three layers:

• Human title: readable name for conversation and documentation.
• Working seal: short digest for tools, commits, registries, and replay logs.
• Formal sigil: canonical stream and exact digest metadata.

The mathematics is not a burden for daily use. Humans should usually exchange titles and working seals. Tooling should preserve formal sigils.
